Owner disregard for Clients

I have been using 24 Hour Laundry store (the Parow branch) for a considerable amount of time. During the warmer months the heat in the store in intolerable ... imagine 35 degress outside combined with the machine heat inside!

Well, two weeks ago I asked the owner (Sebastian Ricketts) to please try and install a fan in the store. He told me that they did have one but it was ******/broken (I cant recall which he said). Went on to say that he will get the supervisor to look into getting another one.

Two weeks have since passed, with scorching temperatures, and after following up with Sebastian he performed a u-turn and an aggressive tone by stating that it is normal for a laundromat to be very hot and besides there is only a few days of really hot weather in Cape Town. He obviously lives on a different continent because Cape Town is renowned for scorching temperatures during summer.

It is unfathomable that this owner ignores his clients and also expects his people to work in these conditions. There must be some health and safety issue with this too.
