******* ironing, ******* service

I gave them bed linens from two apartments. - The returned all linen very poorly ironed. - Damaged the press studs of a king duvet cover, so that it cannot be closed. - Black iron marks (burn marks?) on 4 pillow cases and 1 fitted king sheet. - Completely lost a single duvet cover. Their response was very poor. Refused to admit liability and haven't even responded to my requests for compensation. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. Do not entrust you laundry and ironing to this company.
