Don't Trust

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at 24 Hour Laundry Commercial t/a The Launderers in November of last year. I left off bed and couch covers, a wool blanket, and cushion covers for cleaning. When I received the items back, I found that all of them had shrunk, and the bed covers were stained with coffee!!

I have been attempting to resolve this issue for over six months, seeking appropriate compensation for the damages. However, last week I received an email from Lee Hinchley stating that no compensation would be provided, citing the laundrette's disclaimer of liability.

This response is completely unacceptable. The quality of service I received was far below any reasonable standard, and I believe I am entitled to compensation for the damage to my property.
