Unreliable, extremely aggressive and unprofessional

What a horrible experience. I called at 4pm and Leslie promised his guys would be with me within 45 minutes. I called again and again, always being informed they would be there now. At 6:20 pm I finally cancellled as the open door was a security issue for me and I had found another (trustworthy!) company who agreed to come by almost immediately. Leslie shouted at me very aggressively down the phone and threatened me should I cancel or write a review on this site. 'I will catch you, I have your address' and 'I will burn your house down' are just some of the things he said. Please don't use this company.
