Unreliable and false promises

At 7:35 this morning I called this company to request assistance with repairing my garage door. I spoke to Leslie who said not a problem my team will be there before 12:00. I was surprised and impressed that I could be assisted on the same day. At 11:40 I called Leslie to ask when the team is expected to arrive. He said not to worry they should be at my home shortly as they had just got onto the freeway. At 13:13 I tried calling again as nobody had arrived and I was concerned that they had got lost. I got voicemail. At 14:00 I tried calling Leslie again but unfortunately once again the call went to voicemail. Needless to say nobody ever pitched up to assist me with the garage door. If Leslie had not made false promises I would have found somebody else to assist me. Think twice before you make an appointment with this company. You could be wasting your time waiting for somebody that never pitches.
