Not Professional and Knowledgeable

I run a property portfolio and asked Leslie to assist with a garage door repair in Lonehill, as is standard, I provided ample information regarding the site and tenant.

The team arrived late and then started informing the tenants of what the owner had requested without speaking to me. No report, quote or photos were generated and I had to chase Leslie for days to get feedback.

All that Leslie could tell me was that the entire garage motor needed to be replaced, no reason why and no ability to repair.

Needless to say I had another company go out and the motor does not need to be replaced, there is nothing wrong with it. These guys were going to just charge me for a new motor with no real justification.

I would not recommend Leslie for garage door repairs, not only did he waste my time, but he also just wants to replace every old motor with a new one to ensure the biggest invoice possible.

Hopefully I can save some else the hassle, there are better companies out there, I managed to come right with someone else.
