24 hour group reaping us off

In September 2019, I had both my garage doors fixed by 24hour group and paid around R12k. Then October one of the springs came off, it was mounted on the wall. I called 24hour group and they sent me another quote of R950 to have this fixed. I told them about my dissatisfaction and still they didn’t come to fix. Sunday night the cables of other garage door came out and funny the garage has not been in use since December because one of our cars broke down. I called 24hour group again and they promised to come on Monday morning at 9am. They never came to assess and instead they sent me a quote of R1450. Today it’s Tuesday and still no technician came through. This is poor workmanship and I don’t know if their business is to trap and reap people off and not caring about the durability of the materials they supply. It’s not even 6 months and the doors are giving us problems. I urge all SA customers not to use this company for anything. Their workmanship is poor and they use cheap material that will break in 3 months then require you again for their mistakes.
