Does it all on WhatsApp.. then confirms a booking date and asks for immediate deposit payment for work to be done.. makes excuses of paint.. rain.. wearher.. wood etc.. but he takes the money.. does not do the job.. promise to pay back the money and DOES NOT! DO YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTION FOR THIS? DO NOT TOUCH!
