Lies ,pillar to post , unprofessional

Absolutely ridiculous service from this company , as a business to not only ******* customers ontop of that they lie to customers , I brought in a beautiful drawing on Thursday 23rd October 2025, I was only asking for R450 when the drawing is worth R7000 , they asked me to leave it there to be evaluated by the owners witch I agreed to , I was told they couldn't come in the follow day due to an emergency witch I understood ,but then I was told they will come through on the Saturday afternoon , over WhatsApp I have all the chats , when I go to there store today Saturday 25th October to ask if it's been evaluated they turn around and tell me owners don't come in on weekends , how does a business operate like this its absolutely astonishing how unprofessional this company is . I've left this drawing in there hands now to be thrown from pillar to post . So disappointed
