No quote and exorbitant pricing on completion

I called this company. They done a job which took less than 7 minutes - to open a car door to retrieve keys. They then charged a fee of close to 4000. From comments here it seems as if they are operating under different names including 24 7 Gauteng Locksmith, 24 7 Gauteng Locksmith, 24 7 Centurion Locksmith. If this is indeed the case their actions may be ******** and warrants investigation.
