24/7 Melkbos Locksmiths - Hidden labour cost on top of already steep callout fee

We call them during the day to fix an inside lock (no emergency).

From the whatsapp it seems like it is going to be a R645 call out for a middle of the week day time callout, but then when they give you an invoice it is R1645 (Another R950 labour on top of the callout fee) even though they are only in your house for 10 min, It wasn't even an outside lock... no emergency whatsover.

It is embarrassing that they even have our town name in their URL. After doing some investigation it seems like they do it in other towns as well and their call centres are linked to local locksmith.

The locksmith also damaged my door while he was opening it (only noticed the damage afterwards). He jammed a *****driver in there to open it. If knew that is how they did it I could've done it myself.
