23 Automotive **** poor service.

Bought a used Audi at 23automotive, full of promises during the sale, also mentioned that they will fix everything and wil sort it out quickly. They charge a stiff amount for service and delivery which are non existing. I requested that the vehicle must come with the spare key and one missing part, it was agreed that this will be done. Now 4 months down the line, not accepting or retuning phone calls/messages. Must be the worst service I have ever experienced from a car dealership. The cost of the missing part ads up to R160.00??? I really dont want to know if this would be a huge amount how they would handle it??? They would lie to you about the availability of the part then when you enquire with the relevant OEM the part is available?? Their comment is that they are still waiting for the part. They are blatantly lying through their teeth. I would definitely not recommend doing business with 23automotive, feel free to go and check other people’s reviews on them.
