Course African Customer Service Excellence

If I could I would give them 0 stars. This company is a ****. They send you an email telling you that you have been chosen for training on tutorsyn.com and you get a coupon so you don’t pay the R900 fee for the course. After you have went through the lessons and quizzes, you have to pay R288. Which makes no sense because why wasn’t it mentioned in the email in the first place.

**** Job Position

Just a warning to put out there, this is a **** they. People are applying for a position and they select you for a funded course with tutorsyn.com , they don't mention that you buy the exam yourself and they make it sound urgent by saying only 260 positions are available so doing the course fast gives you advantage but you will never make you pass the exam and you will be forced to keep on buying with hopes of passing same 2 questions no matter how research and answer you will fail or you will run out time. So dont fall for it.

22CRED - A 'PAY TO PROCEED' ****! OFFERING REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOBS TO SOUTH AFRICANS!

Be extremely careful of this 22Cred offering South Africans a chance to work remotely from home as a Financial Customer Service Consultant. Once you apply, they will send you an email that you have been selected as one of the shortlisted candidates. You are then being given an Agent ID, a discount coupon code to do the so called 'company funded' training via the Tutorsyn app. However; once you have completed your training; and you need to do your final exam in order to obtain your certificate; you suddenly have to pay R288 to obtain access to the final exam. This is where the catch comes in. They make their money through many applicants believing that once they have paid and obtained this certificate; they will now move on to the onboard zoom session. Falsely creating an illusion via their email communication that you are technically already appointed; you just need to conduct the training and obtain the certificate to move on to the last phase of the recruiting process.

22CRED ****mers TikTok

I app**** for online work with 22CRED via an advert on TikTok. I did all the modules and when it came to the test and certificate I had to pay R228. When I started the test the two modules in the exam went fine and then module 3 they stated that I failed and that I had to pay an other R228. I contacted the website where I did the test and they do not even know 22CRED! The R228 went into a personal account too - I only saw afterwards. How can they live with themselves - while they knew that they are ****ming innocent, hard working people? Please do not fall for their promises!
