Bad service

If i could give this place a zero,i would...********!!!!.False advertising! Booked a room at the guesthouse and they did not state on the property info that the guests have to share a kitchen and living room. I only realised when i was going through their reviews after making the booking. Came across alot of reviews where clients were complaining of the same thing that they only found out when they got to the venue that they have to share with strangers. I emailed them to confirm this and they ignored the fact that they were not transparent about the issue. Asked for a refund and that they waiver the cancellation fee as the venue would not be suitable for me anymore and afterall they are the ones who did not give the correct information on booking.com,they blatantly refused. Imagine losing R980 in such diffocult times because of people who mislead their clients.. To make matters worse,their customer service is ****,you call their number,they never pick up. I emailed them,they answer what they choose to answer and expect you to accept it.They really need to go back to the drawing board cause they don't know what they are doing
