Very angry with 21st Century

I'm truly ****ed off with 21st century life. My wife made a claim 7 weeks back and to date they have not paid yet. To make matters worse, when you try to phone them their staff ignore you. I dont want to talk about their unprofessional management who doesnt care about customer services. And i dont understand this stupid marriage they have with Hollard as their underwriter. Hollard life just makes things worse when you phone them.
