Unpaid funeral claim

On the 2th May i submitted a death claim in Newcastle KZN. I was told that it will be paid latest Saturday the 29th. I did several follow ups which never yielded any joy. To date i still have not been paid and I get all sorts of different reasons. I have borrowed money from people and my reputation is tarnished because of them.
