Unpaid claims policy

On the 27th of May, I claimed for the Funeral Policy for Noah Mokwana and I have provided the company with all the documents they have requested and I still have not received any money. The company is being underwritten by Hollard, and I have been sending emails to them but they responded saying there was a backlog of payments.

I expected payment within 48 hours according to the funeral policy, but it is now over two months and I still have not received the payment to date. I had to make other arrangements to bury my father and I am now under a lot of debt because of this company.

People should be aware before they take any policies with this company.
