******** Debits on a cancelled policy

I had a funeral policy 4 my father in law who passed on in March 2014.The policy was supposed to b cancelled on his death as he was the only person on that policy.They carried on debiting my account for 3months after his death.I contacted them & they refunded me the three months in July 2014 & promised 2 cancel the policy.They skipped July then in Aug they started with the debit again.I didn't realise this as I had other policies with them so when 21st came up on my statements I wasn't concerned.Since I cancelled some of the policies recently with them its then I realised they r still debiting me. I contacted them on the 29Feb 2016 & spoke 2 Gladys who said she will investigate & come back to me which she never did. I couldn't get hold of her when I tried because she's been on leave eventually I was transferred to Nadia I gave her my story she said she will investigate, which she did & verified that I should be refunded she will start the process of the refund. I asked her to confirm when the refund will be done & that the policy will be cancelled, she never did till I spoke to Beverley who said they are waiting on the underwriter its been 2weeks still no refund or confirmation of
