Unhappy service

<p>What is a funeral policy if it cannot assist you in timed of need. My uncle who is very old passed away Sunday and I gave them all documents by Tuesday to ensure that the funeral on the next Sunday will take place. What do I get nothing. No communication of what is going on. They are quiet. I ended up borrowing money so I can b able to bury him. I need my money then , all of it from the day I started paying my premiums until now.</p>
