Unhappy 21st century life customer

I have experienced dissatisfied with the service of this company,we have a policy with the company and were unable to reach them at the number provided to do a claim then after searching for other alternative numbers we were told that the policy has lapsed while we still have a monthly debit for the policy from our bank account.
