I went to the branch at Orlando west 2 or 3 years ago and I signed up for a package of burial policy which includes a dome coffin and I was told it starts from 45K and I took the R45K package on Friday 12 August I called the head office and I was told the dome coffin package was not R45K but starts from 65K and I felt I was taken for a ride by the agent at the branch because they wanted my business today I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told that they were in the meeting up to now I can't get hold of the manager and the last agent I spoke to was Sanah who said the manager will call me back up to now no call from the manager I think this is ********* to deceive clients and I feel that should dead strike my family will be deceived about the package I took
