Poor service/ no service at all

I submitted my claims in June, still no payment done, they taking me from pillar to post, now they ignoring my emails. When I call 21st they refer me to Hollrad , so I have to deal with Hollard myself. Now Hollard is asking for the contract I signed with 21st Century 10 years ago.
