I've made a claim last week on the 18 August 2020 and they be send me a message on Wednesday saying that they will make a payment within 24hrs today is Monday they haven't paid yet the reference number is *** when I phone the send me from pillar to post so I don't know what to do cause I've send all the documents they needed please help
