Good Morning...I mad...

Good Morning...I made a funeral claim on the 16th of April 2025....till date I haven't received any payment.....I made several follow up and have been send from pillar to post....even their office in Vereeniging can't help me and their manager from.Head office. I've sent all required documents with application form.....So Frustrated and run out of options...please assist 😭😭
