Good day, I trust this message finds you well. I am complaining about the funeral claim from the 21st century. My father died on the 12th of August 2025 . I phoned 21st century on the 13th August to report his death, in which they sent me all the required documents to process my claims. The documents were sent and I kept on calling them, even today no one has come back to me. My policy was done telephonically and still no one is updating me. Kindly help me with the above matter.
