Failed to pay a claim till this day.

My mother submitted a claim for the passing of her sister on 03/10/2024. She never got assistance and had to make other arrangements to lay her sister to rest. She even went to their head offices on 17/01/2025 to follow up on the claim/money because she was promised that she was going to get the money on December 2024 and even end of January 2025. They need to pay her, her money because she never missed her premiums the start of her policy in 2006.
