i regret the day i took a funeral cover with this bunch of idiots, *********** company. i have requested to be sent my policy documents still waiting even now. the telephone is not working when you go thru the consultant sounds like a 2 years old. with so many mistakes in just capturing an id number. im so ****en ****ed shame
