I regret taking a policy with this company, Its been over a week since I submitted a claim and no one bothers to respond, mind you the funeral has long passed. They referred me to their underwriter "Hollard" and Hollard refers me back to 21st Century now they're making me play a game. Im going to claims court else Im contacting X-Repo
