<p>On the 12 of February 2015 I claimed from the company "21st Century Assurance"of my late brother Nefthali Phadi and on the same day they asked for the name of who you are replacing and I gave them the name of my uncle David Makunga,after that the policy while still deducting from my salary,so on the first of November 2016 my uncle passed on so I made a claim on the forth of November 2016 for my uncle and on the 5th of November 2016 I received a call from the company saying that they don't have a claim of my uncle's names so the claim won't be paid.And I was shocked that the premium was still deducting and even now it's still deducting,and I don't have a contract with the company since 2012 so I want the money for the claim because of their bad service because they don't follow up their work and that's not my problem because I am paying every month.</p>
