There are tenants who smoke **** in the complex of Zambesi, it smells badly. What about kids? Rest? Harmony?
Without being Xenophobic, these Nigerians smoke the whole day and occusionaly leave at night. Be careful before leasing or buying there.

These Nigerians don't rest. They smoke the whole day. CSI PROPERTIES who manage the building don't care, ridiculous.
The caretaker Dana Swart seems to not take the matter into account. He does nothing.
