Bad after sale service

I have bought a Bad Girl watch and matching bracelet. After a couple of times that it was worn, the silver is coming off.

When returning the watch, they inform me that the colour is not guaranteed. If I need a good watch, the could sell me one for a R1000. And the they suggested that my daughter only wear it on weekends as it is a fashion watch. This is the worst after sales experience ever
