I won 23 000, then i was then told i only had to wager R12750 to complete my requirements before withdrawel of maximum R1000. I wagered that amount around x5 more then the initial requirement that theire customer service gave, my money just dissapeared in the middle of a game and accorring to Charles now I only get R250 Which already Now i had lost R210 from as the funds suddenly just switch over without any warning. they are coming up with all different reasons to where my money has gone, I WAS **** TO DIRECTlY BY THEIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE, RAY AND CHARLES!!! LOST MY MONEY AND FEEL ******!!! 21 DUKES CASINO WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!! Always more requirements and all sorts of stories just so that i cannot withdraw. Even though I have exceeded their requirements with flying colors!
