VERY POOR SERVICE!

I took two pictures in to have one framed and the second one needed the picture to be smoothed out and re-set in the same frame. <br> I took them in on Saturday 14 Nov, was told they would be ready on Wednesday and the lady would call me before then to give me the prices. <br> I went in on Friday to be told that the work had not been started yet but they would be ready the following Wednesday and she would phone me with the prices. <br> I went in on the Wednesday and they were not ready yet but was promised by the lady that they would be delivered to my office the following day, however they now no longer had card facilities and I would have to pay cash but she still did not know how much it would be.<br> The delivery obviously did not happen. I went in again on Saturday, the picture to be framed was ready but not the other one. The owner Mohammed could not be reached and the young lady just pulled up her shoulders. I now have no idea when the picture will be ready nor how much it will cost as promises are not kept.<br> This company does not care for business - I will never go back after I eventually get my picture and will make sure I tell anyone looking for a framer not to go to them.
