I recently had to get certificates of compliance for a house sale and I turned to these guys to get a beetle certificate. The beetle inspctor looked around before demanding access to see underneath the floorboards. When I told him there was no access he said he needed to cut a trapdoor in the floorboards. This in a house dating from the 1800's with oiginal oregon floorboards. I was horrified and protested but he continued to insist that this is what needed to be done. I then asked him to leave. The next beetle inspector I called on was shocked when I told him this story, so please avoid these ***boys they are clearly making work for themselves at the customer's expense.
