<p>good day</p> <p>i make use of debt councillor GALLANT COUNSILLOR telephone number ********** since 2008,</p> <p> </p> <p>but since 24th May 2016 they dont answer my emails not even read it i use three emails of the ********** ********** ********** this is a very serious matter,</p> <p> </p> <p>they were supposed to handle my house bond with Nedbank and Nedbank wants to go to court on the 23rd June 2016 a proposal were email to Nedbank and the attorney Hammond , also did not get feedback from them</p> <p> </p> <p>i also email the NCR and they said the following</p> <p>Dear Madam,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be advised that unfortunately, in terms of Section 15 of the National Credit Actv34 of 2005, I cannot get involved in the negotiation process.</p> <p> </p> <p>You have to, unfortunately should the negotiation between yourselves and the bank fail, bring the matter before a Court and argue same (and have the Court make an order that is deemed to be fair and just) or accede to the requirement that the Bank has suggested.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunately I do not believe that I can assist any further herein.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have nevertheless sent the below to the Bank, and I will accordingly await their response herein, however I can in no way force them to accept the below.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am currently assessing this matter and will be discussing same with my supervisor.</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust that you find this in order.</p> <p> </p> <p> so i really dont know what to do and where to go , also try to phone Prokureurs order dont know if we have the wrong number but also ring the whole time.</p> <p> </p> <p>And also phone Erns du Plessis Attorneys dont know if they also moved they were our attorney with the house bond.</p> <p> </p> <p>the Prokureursorder number that we have</p> <p>PROKUREURSORDE: (012) ********** (PTA)</p> <p> just ringing</p>
