No support on 1xbet

I opened an account with1xbet in Mozambique. I loaded funds and placed a bet via my phone. Then I tried to log in via laptop and was locked out. I spend 4 hors on the chat yesterday with an average response time between messages of 8 mins. I got absolutely nowhere. I was asked to upload documents to an email address. I did so. Despite two follow ups I have had no response whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgement. I spent a further 2 hours on the chat tonight with "Santiago". He tells me they only give support in Portuguese. I spent 2 hrs trying to explain to him that yesterday I was helped by "Henry" in English, and that I also received a message with a long list of supported languages of which one was English. The site have my deposit and I cannot log in, and the support is non-existent. A complete and utter waste of time. They have my money as well of course. Stay away from 1xbet.

i think the fact that it took you 3 yrs to respond to my complaint about response times just serves to underline the original point. I closed my account years ago.
