Very poor service

Every time I buy a voucher here I get it the following day after so many hustles and wasted airtime. The voucher ends up costing more. Same excuse, 'Our system is faulty' but they never shut it down or put it on Maintenance Mode until the problem is resolved. Today I purchased what would be my last voucher here which I haven't received until the time of writing here. Too much airtime spent calling them, but no resolution. The service is too bad, they should be shut down from selling vouchers to the public until they resolve this mess.
