Unhappy customer

Good Day

It has been a week today since I've laid my complaint by 1voucher customer services.

Till this very day I have not received any feedback for my complaint as I still can't access my app. The customer service I've been receiving is pathetic I was told Friday my problem issue is being sorted out and a consultant will give me a call once resolution has been made. I asked for a ref number for future preferences I was told rather we will u give u call wen issue is sorted out.

Mind u frustrations are so high due to money that was loaded on the app but I can't access it due my pin that can't be reset. I need my issue to be sorted out ASAP my patience has ran up and I will not entertain incompetence of agents that can't seem to do there work. This matter will be taken further if my issue is not sorted today. Customer services of 1voucher is pathetic inconsistent and *************!!!!
