They are taking forever to refund me after I bought R300 voucher and it didn’t give me a voucher code

They are taking forever to refund me after I bought R300 voucher and it didn’t give me a voucher code. I called them two times and on both occasions they said to me my money will be reversed into my bank account within 2 - 3 working days. It has been 2weeks now and still nothing is happening.
