Terrible service

I purchased a 1voucher at ackermans and when im trying to load the voucher is states voucher is invalid now I use my fuel 2 travel to purchase it and this is what the voucher states who will pay me for my fuel to run up and down for a invalid voucher this has become annoying so I called 1 voucher they said I should WhatsApp 1voucher with serial number which I did now I must wait 3 or more hours for them to escalate the issue really this is not fair I wornt support this company again. Absolutely annoyed
