Poor service from 1voucher

I bought a 1voucher for R200 about 7 days ago. Money was taken from my debit card however I was not provided with the Voucher Pin Number. I have made several follow ups via web and telephony. I keep get told that the matter has been escalated however there is no resolution. Reading the recent reviews about this company has resulted in me losing trust and I will certainly not use their services in future. Very poor service.
