No Respond, No Support. Are They *****ing From Us?

Never trust this Company, I made a deposit via my app. The transaction went trough Ozow deducted the money from my bank account, and my credit was not reflecting on my 1voucher account. It is now more than a week, with plenty of e-mails, live chats as well as phone calls still no luck. They do not respond to your e mails at all. How on earth must I sort out this problem, or must I make peace with it that 1voucher stole my money. Really do not know what to do anymore.
