I WANT MY MONEY TRANSFERRED VIA OZOW INSTANT EFT

1voucher is just a bunch of *******. This is third time I transferred funds from my Tymebank account to my 1voucher using OZOW instant EFT and my money never gets allocated. The agents never provide any feedback (namely Bulelani and Lindi just to name a few) and even when I call I just keep a scripted response about the system despite having sent all the documents they requested. I know for a fact I'm not the only person having this problem with money being taken and 1voucher plays dumb and deaf.
