Glitchy app cause me to lose R250 i dont think i will ever get it back

I lost R250 voucher what i redeem happing this morning after i load the voucher in the 1voucher app glitch out didnt put the money in but is in the history the redeem amount and pending today i write two support ticket they quickly respond the first one they laid said is resolved when i look at the app Balance NOTHING i think these ****ers ***** my money when i submit the proof the play dumb and said took 24 hours i dont think i will never received isnt bad app becarefull if your internet is unstable can happing i think they program the app to glitch out so they can take the voucher amounts without credit it on the app account i read some of the others report also have the more or less the same problem if i got a bad feeling about some one took my money im usual right.

Becarefull when you add money and make sure your internet and app is right now on i will load smaller amounts like R50 i can make 5 R50 to add up the 250 instead of one amount is better to lose one R50 as to lost all of the R250

will learned my lesson do not load big amounts use small then is better to lose one amount as R250
