FLASH 1 VOUCHER ARE ********S

So I bought a voucher for r100 ,25 th August. I tried loading it via the flash application and for some reason my account was not credited. According to the them I already redeemed that voucher. Which is far fro the truth. Today the call centre informs me that the voucher was used by another person. My problem is that how could that be possible if I had the voucher ...only me. So if you register with your email and cell number, how is that possible? I just want my money back.

THEN THEY ADVERTISING THAT THIS IS THE NEW WAY TO PAY. HOW . HOW CAN YOU TRUST THEM WITH LARGER SUMS OF MONEY AND THEY JUST DON'T CARE.
