Complain - Awful Customer Service

I bought the voucher from PEP store on the 26th of August, and the voucher said invalid when loading it. I sent my query same day including Pin voucher and serial number and till date it hasn't been resolved but all I get is emails requesting same information. This is so unprofessional.
