Bad customer service from 1 voucher

Good Day

I was introduced to 1voucher app.

I bought stamps vouchers at econo through this 1 voucher. I loaded my vouchers with the meaning on spending it at a later stage.

I forgot my pin that I need to enter to have access to the voucher. I then went n done the reset mode of retting my pin I. Which I receive a sms to get the link in order to reset my pin. After numbers of calls I haven't still received the pin. When I asked the call center lady how many times n who is the one resetting the pin she told me it's the system. I am a very unhappy customer due to the fact that I accumulated this vouchers for my holiday and now I'm battling to use the voucher. I am in need of assistance ASAP cos the customer service I'm receiving is pathetic. So can I pls get assistance from whoever is in charge to sort out my issue. The call center was so rude with me being frustrated of not getting any help she did put the phone down in my year. So can whoever is in charge top management pls get in contact with me
