ACKERMANS 1VOUCHER PATHETIC

I purchased a 1Voucher on Ackerman's website for a friend who wanted to buy Ackermans baby clothes. When she arrived at the Ackermans store in George, she was told that they cannot redeem the voucher. I phoned 1Voucher and was informed that I can redeem voucher on My Runway - impossible. I visited 1Voucher's website for companies where I could redeem the voucher. OneDayOnly. Impossible to navigate. I therefore want my money back immediately.
