1Voucher Review – Extremely Disappointed

I bought a voucher for around R800 and used it to purchase electricity units via the app on 31 March 2025. Now, with credit still left, the app suddenly refuses to let me use the remaining balance. I can’t access my funds, and the system just blocks any further purchases. It also seems their one and the same as Flash.

I lodged an official complaint and haven’t received any feedback. No support, no resolution—just silence. This feels like a blatant way to get your money ******. The system is unreliable and useless. I wouldn't recommend 1Voucher to anyone.
