1Voucher pin failing😡😞😤

I attempted to load a voucher and received this message, "Your attempt to deposit into your Supabets player account via 1 Voucher failed." .I am overwhelmingly frustrated by this because this isnt the 1st time that this has happened to me I then went to a different betting site and was given a similar message, "Invalid voucher pin entered. Make sure you have selected the correct provider above". i have triple checked my voucher pin and am positive that nobody else had the slip but myself. I would like this matter to be sorted out ASAP!!
